Mr. Hayes has proven himself to be a stalwart public servant that will pledge unwavering support for his constituents. He will surely build upon the legacy of Delegate Spruill as a steadfast advocate for his district. We look forward to welcoming Cliff Hayes to the Virginia House of Delegates in November."
