Henrico Democrats Set Date for Caucus to Select Candidate for Brookland Supervisor Special Election. The Henrico County Democratic Committee (Henrico Democrats) will hold an assembled caucus on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, 2880 Mountain Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060. The purpose of this caucus is to nominate the Democratic candidate for the Henrico County Board of Supervisors for the Brookland Magisterial District. Caucus participation is open to all registered voters residing in the Brookland Magisterial District who sign a Caucus Declaration form (available on the Henrico Democrats website or at the caucus) certifying their support for the Democratic Party and its nominee for the Brookland Supervisor seat. The doors to the caucus will open at 10:00 am for check-in and verification of voter eligibility to participate and will close at 11:00 am. Voters must be in line by 11:00 am to participate. At the beginning of the Caucus, candidates will address participants and take questions. Voting will then take place. NOTE: This caucus is subject to cancellation if one or no candidates file to run.
