Barbara Comstock, Dave Brat, Scott Taylor, Denver Riggleman, and Rob Wittman go into hiding, refuse to say whether or not they'll campaign with GOP standard-bearer Stewart

RICHMOND, VA - When the Richmond Times-Dispatch asked Republicans running for Congress in Virginia yesterday whether or not they would campaign with VA GOP standard-bearer Corey Stewart, who freely assoicates himself with white supremacists, the answers were as follows:

Rep. Barbara Comstock (VA-10): Refused to answer whether she would campaign with Corey Stewart

Rep. Dave Brat (VA-07): Refused to answer whether he would campaign with Corey Stewart

Rep. Scott Taylor (VA-02): Refused to answer whether he would campaign with Corey Stewart

Denver Riggleman (VA-05): Refused to answer whether he would campaign with Corey Stewart

Rep. Rob Wittman (VA-01): Refused to answer whether he would campaign with Corey Stewart

Susan Swecker, for the second day in a row, called upon Republicans running for Congress to answer the simple question of whether they stand with Corey Stewart.

"Voters deserve to know whether their Member of Congress supports a man who coddles white supremacists and stokes hatred. Barbara Comstock, Dave Brat, Scott Taylor, and the rest may be able to hide from the press, but they can't hide from their constituents. Answer the question: will you campaign with Corey Stewart or not? It is not complicated."
