Richmond, VA — Today, Virginians were reminded of Glenn Youngkin’s total loyalty to Donald Trump. In a testament to their strong bond, this morning the disgraced former president released yet another statement of support for Youngkin, his hand-picked candidate. 

This serves as yet another reminder that Glenn Youngkin is running on his support for Trump — who gave Youngkin his “Complete and Total” endorsement immediately after the Virginia GOP convention. Youngkin says that he is “honored” to have Donald Trump’s endorsement and refuses to separate himself from the former president on any policy area. Youngkin is even telling Virginians that “Trump represents so much of why I'm running.”

In response to Youngkin’s flailing campaign calling in a favor from Glenn’s dear leader Donald Trump, DPVA released the following statement from spokesman Manuel Bonder:

“This week, Virginians saw Glenn Youngkin admit on camera that he is lying about his plans to eviscerate healthcare by defunding Planned Parenthood. Now, Youngkin’s top endorser Donald Trump is reiterating his strong support for Glenn and his right wing agenda. Glenn has admitted that he’s lying to Virginians and by his own admission, they shouldn’t trust a single word he says — making Youngkin and Trump the perfect match.

“Virginians have resoundingly rejected Trump and his allies before — and this November, they will once again.”
