Voting begins at 6:30 pm and end at 8:00 pm. No person who enters the line after 8 pm (at the chair’s designation) shall be allowed to vote.  All participants in the caucus must fill out a caucus registration form stating that they are registered voters in Chesterfield County in the appropriate Congressional District and that they are Democrats. All candidates for delegate shall file a declaration of candidacy on or before 5:00 pm, April 12, 2017 with CCDC Chair, Elizabeth Hardin 804-245- 1035, hardinx3@verizon.net.
