Membership is open to every registered voter in the City of Winchester and Frederick County Members must be of legal voting age (18 years). All memberships are renewable every 12 months Memberships are for one person only By applying for membership, you agree to support the Winchester-Frederick County Democratic Committee and help elect Democrats at the local, state, and national levels
