VA Coordinated Field Organizer

Field Organizers will be committed to building the grassroots organizing operation needed to win the 2025 Virginia elections. Field Organizers will report to the Regional Organizing Director to recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers across Virginia to conduct direct voter contact.

VA Coordinated Operations Associate

The Operations Associate will be responsible for helping to oversee the operations and logistics of the 2025 Coordinated Campaign. This fundamental role will work closely with other departments to implement programming to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

VA Coordinated Regional Voter Protection Director

The Regional Voter Protection Directors will be key leaders in the voter protection program, helping to build and execute an innovative, data-driven statewide plan to identify and address the barriers to casting a ballot in Virginia. Each Regional Director reports to the Voter Protection Deputies and will engage in work in each area of the voter protection program’s work: election administration & advocacy; poll observation; voter assistance hotline; voter education; ballot cure; and post-election planning.
