Washington, DC — On Friday, September 20th at 12:00 PM, former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, co-founder of Giffords, will travel to Fairfax with former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe for an event outside the National Rifle Association’s headquarters supporting a slate gun safety candidates.

On Saturday, September 21st at 4:00 PM former Congresswoman Giffords will host a roundtable with gun violence survivors, advocates, and state legislative candidates in Virginia Beach.

On Sunday, Congresswoman Giffords will participate in three canvas kickoffs in Virginia Beach and Norfolk for Missy Smasal Cotter, Karen Mallard, Len Myers, Cheryl Turpin, Alex Askew, Nancy Guy, and Phil Hernandez.
