DPVA Chairwoman Statement on Veterans Day
Democratic Party of Virginia Chairwoman Susan Swecker released the following statement in observance of Veterans Day.
"When their nation asked, they stepped up and served. Today we honor our veterans for their commitment, their service, and their sacrifice for our country. We will never forget or take for granted the selfless acts of the thousands of veterans who call our Commonwealth home.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with every veteran and their families, and today we recommit ourselves to ensuring their needs are not forgotten when they return home."
