About:
Raymond E. "Ray" Mabus Jr. served as the 75th United States Secretary of the Navy from 2009-2017. He also served as the 60th Governor of Mississippi from 1988 to 1992 and Auditor of the State of Mississippi from 1984 to 1988.
MISSION FIRST is a first of its kind group founded by Marine veteran Roger Dean Huffstetler, that is specifically focused on organizing and mobilizing Veterans and Military Families on behalf of Democratic candidates in Virginia.
These events support Democratic congressional candidates Senator Jennifer Wexton (running in VA-10, rated Lean Dem by FiveThirtyEight) and Leslie Cockburn (running in VA-05, rated toss-up by FiveThirtyEight).
