Statement from Senate Democratic Leader Richard Saslaw on Ed Gillespie’s DeVos-eque Education Plan

Today, Senate Democratic Leader Dick Saslaw — also a member of the Senate Education and Health Committee — released the following statement on Ed Gillespie’s new education proposals:

"The last thing Virginia needs is something straight out of the playbook of Betsy DeVos. Instead of her, Republicans got the next best thing in Ed Gillespie and his education plan for Virginia which would gut public schools."
