Richmond, Va. -- On Saturday, August 26, and Sunday, August 27, the Democratic Party of Virginia will host its second statewide Weekend of Action of the general election. Community leaders, grassroots organizers and volunteers will canvass local neighborhoods and hold phone banks to urge Virginians to register to vote and to vote for Democrats up and down the ballot in November.
Volunteers who are interested in signing up or finding a local event in their area can do so here.
