The Democratic Party of Virginia (DPVA) Chairwoman Susan Swecker released the following statement after the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) designated Jane Dittmar's race in Virginia's 5th Congressional District as a top Democratic pick-up opportunity under the Red to Blue program:
