VIRGINIA – This week, as Winsome Earle-Sears campaigned alongside the fractured GOP ticket, Virginians called Sears out for her extreme record and harmful agenda.
SETTLING THIS WEEK’S SCORE
Winsome’s Wins:
- Name in Lights: As Winsome Earle-Sears finally (kind of) campaigned with the entire statewide GOP ticket in Vienna, a mobile billboard truck highlighting the chaos and infighting within the Virginia GOP was seen circling the event and driving around Northern Virginia.
Winsome’s Losses:
- Winsome = Lose Some Healthcare: As Republicans in Washington are moving full steam ahead with Medicaid cuts that would be devastating for Virginians, close rural hospitals, and hurt Virginia’s economy, Sears still refuses to oppose the proposed cuts. Outside of Sears’ Tuesday event, Virginians called her out for her silence.
- Arlington stop: On Monday, elected leaders and Virginians continued the “Worst of Winsome” tour with a stop in Arlington where they called out Sears’ extreme record including her anti-abortion agenda and cheering on the attacks on Virginia jobs and Virginia's economy. And with Winsome, it’s Virginians who stand to lose the most:
- With Winsome Earle-Sears focused on an extreme agenda backing ongoing attacks on Virginia jobs and workers, defunding public schools, and ripping away reproductive rights, Virginians stand to lose the most.
